Vacancy Announcement: Data Enumerators – Bauchi State

The National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) and the Bauchi State Primary Health Care Management Board (SPHCMB), with technical support from the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), are recruiting Data Enumerators. This team will drive the Integrated Enumeration (IE) + Walkthrough Microplanning exercise across the state.

 Role Overview

• Position: Data Enumerator

• Location: Bauchi State (Ward-level deployment)

• Objective: To map community health structures and conduct household enumeration to improve health resource allocation.

• Eligibility: Strictly for residents of Bauchi State.

 Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Data Collection

• Use mobile tools (smartphones/tablets) to conduct household enumeration.

• Ensure all captured data is accurate, complete, and synced daily to the central server.

2. Walkthrough Microplanning

• Physically navigate assigned wards to identify and map community health structures.

• Collaborate with local community leaders to ensure comprehensive coverage of the area.

 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in smartphone-based data collection apps (e.g., KoboCollect, ODK).

• Languages: Fluency in English and Hausa is essential.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform field tasks involving significant movement within communities.

• Residency: You must currently live in Bauchi State to qualify.
