Arik Air 2025/2026 Job Recruitment; Arik Air Limited (In Receivership) is looking to hire a Driver to transport passengers and company properties safely and comfortably across assigned destinations.
Job Details:
Position: Driver
Department: Administration
Location: All Stations
Reports to: Manager Transport
Direct Reports: Supervisor – Transport
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive minibuses, pickup vans, or other light goods vehicles for transportation of clients, personnel, goods, and services.
2. Adhere to assigned schedules while driving.
3. Assist passengers in and out of vehicles when necessary.
4. Secure passengers’ wheelchairs and other items during trips.
5. Communicate with base stations using two-way radios or similar devices.
6. Maintain, clean, and service vehicles while performing routine checks.
7. Keep records of trips and passenger behavior.
8. Perform additional administrative duties when not driving.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of SSCE/GCE qualification.
Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
Good knowledge of Nigeria’s road network.
At least 5 years of driving experience in a similar industry (added advantage).
Person Specification:
Extensive experience in driving minibuses, pickup vans, or light vehicles.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
Well-groomed, organized, and fluent in English (reading & writing).
