Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and training programs, and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to align with business objectives
– Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
– Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
– Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement
– Manage employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and recruiting
– Proven track record of success in HR management
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria
