•  Drive performance & attendance management
•  Handle staff welfare, conflict resolution & compliance
• Support training, retention, and engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3+ years HR experience (call centre preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
• Great leadership, communication & people skills
