Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

3–5 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence (BI) role

Fintech experience is a strong advantage

Proficiency in SQL (required); knowledge of Python or R is a plus

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
-
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
