Position: Supply Chain Technical Assistant
Location: Jigawa

Type: Full-time, project-based
Job Purpose
To provide technical support on the supply chain management of Azithromycin Mass Drug Administration (MDA) commodities, ensuring accountability, security, and end-to-end visibility of all supplies in the assigned state.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
-
Oversee commodity logistics at the state level
-
Monitor stock levels and submit accurate reports
-
Support quantification, distribution, reverse logistics, and post-distribution analysis
-
Engage with state stakeholders and coordinate microplanning and training
-
Ensure timely reporting and flag supply issues

Facilitate supportive supervision and review meetings

Coordinate Pharmacovigilance reporting to NAFDAC

Requirements
Essential:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with at least 7 years of experience

Strong background in health commodity logistics (malaria, HIV/AIDS, etc.)

Familiarity with MoH’s LMIS and national supply systems
-
Experience in stakeholder engagement at state and LGA levels
-
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Desirable:
-
Experience with logistics in public health campaigns
-
Proficiency in Excel and database tools
