₦300,000 – ₦400,000 monthly | Remote | Full-Time

Care Cuddle is a UK-based consultancy organisation providing bespoke support to businesses and local authorities within the health and social care sector. With over 20 years of experience, we are committed to offering top-tier services that drive quality and compliance across the industry.

We are currently hiring a Remote Administrator to join our growing team in Nigeria. This is a full-time opportunity open to candidates across all 36 states and the FCT.

About the Role

As an Administrator, you will handle core administrative functions that support client operations. Over time, you’ll grow into a more consultative position as you deepen your understanding of the UK health and social care landscape.

You’ll be part of a structured progression path with four defined levels:

Administrator
Senior Administrator
Compliance Consultant
Senior Compliance Consultant

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, five days per week (Monday–Sunday rotation, based on operational needs).

Key Responsibilities

Review and update care plans and client records
Schedule staff shifts and track attendance
Support supervision and incident reporting
Assist with compliance documentation and audits
Provide ad-hoc administrative support for daily operations

Requirements

BSc/HND/BA in any discipline
Experience in the health/social care sector preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must own a laptop with reliable power and internet connection
Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic priorities

Assessment Process
