Job Summary

Glass TEC is seeking a proactive and organized Procurement Officer II (Female) to join its team. The ideal candidate will support engineering and glass production projects by managing the full procurement cycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective material acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end procurement for engineering and production needs.
Source, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate procurement documentation.
Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and company policies.
Negotiate supplier contracts for favorable terms.
Coordinate with project managers to identify material needs.
Monitor timely delivery of goods to meet project timelines.
Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
Must reside in Kubwa, Dei-Dei, or Dutse axis.
Willingness to work Mondays to Saturdays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities.
