UNFPA WCARO Internship: Youth, Peace & Security (Dakar, Senegal)

The UNFPA West and Central Africa Regional Office (WCARO) is offering a 6-month internship based in Dakar, Senegal, for a passionate individual eager to contribute to the Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS) agenda. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in research, project implementation, advocacy, and interagency coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with research on youth, peace, and security.

• Support implementation and monitoring of peace-related projects.

• Contribute to advocacy and awareness initiatives.

• Participate in interagency coordination efforts.
