About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Remote IT Specialist to join our technical team. You will:

Provide reliable tech support

Manage systems infrastructure

Implement security best practices
-
Support clients and internal teams remotely

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
-
Maintain IT systems, user accounts, and access control
-
Configure and monitor servers, desktops, and mobile devices
-
Secure remote environments (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP)
-
Enforce security protocols (patches, antivirus, MFA)
-
Assist in IT policy development and documentation
-
Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists on threat prevention
-
Stay current on emerging IT trends and practices
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
-
3+ years experience in IT support, systems admin, or network engineering
-
Proficient with Windows & Linux system administration
-
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, AWS or GCP
-
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
-
Familiar with remote support tools and helpdesk systems
-
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is a plus
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Able to work independently in a remote setup
