WEP: Call for Data Collectors (Nationwide) – GESI Performance Leaderboard
The Women Environmental Programme (WEP), in collaboration with Christian Aid, ActionAid, Hope Alive for Possibilities Initiative, and the Gender Advocacy Movement for the Environment (GAME), is inviting qualified individuals and organizations across all 36 states of Nigeria to apply as Data Collectors for the GESI Performance Leaderboard initiative.
About the GESI Performance Leaderboard
The GESI Performance Leaderboard, launching in 2025, will assess and rank the performance of sub-national governments in promoting gender equality and social inclusion (GESI). The goal is to encourage more inclusive, responsive governance and effective resource management across Nigeria.

Role of Data Collectors
Selected data collectors will gather key information related to GESI issues at the sub-national level. Their input will directly support the evaluation of each state’s commitment to inclusive development and help shape future policy direction.

Who Should Apply?
WEP is seeking:

Experienced individuals with a background in GESI data collection, monitoring, or field research.

Organizations with proven capacity for fieldwork and social inclusion assessments.
