About the Role: Data Analyst (Intern)
This full-time, entry-level internship is perfect for individuals with a strong interest in data and a desire to see their work drive real business decisions. You’ll be a vital part of the analytics and operations team, providing crucial support for reporting and data-driven insights within the company’s “Control Tower” category.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
As a Data Analyst Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across various critical data functions, including:
- Performance Data Aggregation: Collecting and compiling daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics from areas like sales, marketing, and product performance, ensuring everything is tracked and updated on time. You’ll even help spot early trends and irregularities!
- Data Cleanup and Validation: Ensuring data accuracy by identifying and correcting errors, duplicates, or missing information, and standardizing data formats for seamless analysis.
- Report Preparation: Supporting the creation of comprehensive reports for both internal teams and investors, contributing to presentations with charts and tables.

- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Responding to data requests from various departments, performing quick checks or in-depth analysis as needed.
- Data Reconciliation: Comparing and matching data from multiple sources (CRM, databases, spreadsheets) to ensure consistency and resolving discrepancies.
- Data Visualization & Dashboard Support: Assisting in building and maintaining visually appealing dashboards and charts using tools like Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Collaborative Data Projects: Working alongside cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) on projects that rely heavily on data input and insights.

Who They’re Looking For (Requirements):
Agriarche is seeking an intern who is:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus, but not strictly required.
- Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Has a basic understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker being a significant advantage.
