Key Responsibilities

As the Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the nursing team to deliver top-tier patient care.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement nursing policies.
Mentoring and coaching staff to promote professional growth and adherence to best practices.
Overseeing the adoption of modern nursing procedures and technologies.
Monitoring patient outcomes and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Managing departmental budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Promoting a positive work environment through team-building and conflict resolution.
Ensuring full compliance with health regulations and institutional standards.
Conducting performance appraisals and fostering a culture of accountability.

Qualifications & Salary

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in a hospital environment, with at least 5 years in a senior nursing leadership role (preferably in a private hospital).
Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
Location: Enugu
