Responsibilities

As the Development Assistant, you will be a key part of the team, helping to maintain and support the organization’s fundraising and development efforts. Your tasks will include:

• Tracking donor timelines and deliverables while maintaining shared calendars and documents.
• Drafting and editing sections of reports, proposals, and communications.
• Conducting basic donor research and keeping contact lists updated.
• Coordinating logistics for meetings, briefings, and donor-related events.
• Organizing fundraising files and templates to ensure easy access.
• Managing shared spreadsheets, updating trackers, and supporting database management.
• Ensuring consistent filing, naming conventions, and best practices for internal documents.
