Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Serving as the welcoming and professional first point of contact for all visitors and clients.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, which includes managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing key documents.
- Handling logistics and inventory, ensuring the efficient procurement and distribution of office supplies.
- Managing petty cash and maintaining positive vendor relationships, processing all payments and invoices accurately.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administrative and financial roles.
