The Finpact Development Foundation (FINDEF), a trusted indigenous non-governmental organization, is seeking qualified professionals to join its team in Zamfara. FINDEF is focused on delivering lasting value in humanitarian and development work.

Key Details

• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Location: Zamfara State.
• Application Deadline: August 22, 2025.

Required Qualifications

• A BSc. degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field. An MSc. in Public Health or Nutritional Sciences is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of malnutrition treatment protocols (OTP, CMAM), IYCF practices, and Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC).
• Proven experience in capacity building and training of local health workers and community volunteers.
• A strong understanding of the local context in Zamfara State, including cultural practices related to nutrition and childcare.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt interventions to evolving needs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with monitoring and evaluation of nutrition programs.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English. Knowledge of local languages is a significant asset.
