Mida Technologies is a Nigerian fintech firm that uses AI to enhance debt recovery and management for financial institutions. We are looking for a creative and versatile Designer to join our team in Lagos.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer with 0–1 years of experience to help bring our brand, products, and client communications to life in a dynamic startup environment.

The Role

As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital, print, and product platforms. You will play a key role in evolving our brand identity and ensuring a consistent, high-quality design across all outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Marketing: Develop visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and client communications.
Product UI/UX: Collaborate with the product team to design and refine the user interface and user experience for our digital platforms.

Presentations & Reports: Create visually engaging presentations, infographics, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
Creative Support: Provide design support to various teams including Sales, Product, and HR.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
0–1 year of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or digital product design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
An excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and juggle multiple projects.
Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS is preferred but not required.
