About the Role
As a Premium Banking Officer, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our high-value clientele. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable banking products and services, ensuring all service expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance relationships with premium clients.
- Provide tailored financial solutions and oversee investment processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service through daily client interactions.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to offer suitable banking products and services.

Qualifications
