Nina Jojer Limited, a leading human resources and advisory firm, is seeking a qualified Data State Facilitator to support UNICEF’s crucial Outbreak Response and immunization efforts. The successful candidate will work in Bauchi and Yobe to provide specialized data expertise that helps the government and its partners make informed, data-driven decisions.

This full-time role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data analysis, which is vital for sustaining historic gains in public health.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Management: Conduct in-depth analysis of social data to understand barriers to immunization. You will also collect, compile, and quality-assure data from various sources and ensure its timely submission.

Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor VCM-net performance and submit real-time reports on key indicators. You will also participate in meetings to provide technical support to data teams.
Technical Support & Capacity Building: Organize and lead capacity development trainings on data management for health workers and state teams. You will also provide technical support for evidence generation and monitoring.
Field Assessments: Implement rapid qualitative and quantitative assessments before and after campaigns to understand social and behavioral factors.
Collaboration: Work closely with the government and partners at the state and national levels to ensure the availability of campaign-related data.

Requirements

Education: An advanced University Degree in a relevant field such as Social Science, Demography, Computer Sciences, Statistics, or Epidemiology.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Language: Fluency in English is required.
Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to handle complex data sets and provide insightful analysis.
