MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is a mission-driven social enterprise focused on providing high-quality reproductive healthcare to underserved Nigerians. We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Centre Marketer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and visibility of our clinic services, helping us expand access to essential health services and improve health outcomes nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand our clinic services.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for a competitive edge.
• Drive patient acquisition and lead generation through persuasive communication and targeted initiatives.

• Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate closely with management to achieve all sales and marketing objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience in field marketing, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM/Salesforce is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in sales, lead generation, and prospect management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven, energetic, and flexible individual with strong business acumen.
• A passionate team player who is open to feedback and thrives in a dynamic environment.
