Malaria Consortium (MC) is urgently seeking an experienced Admin Support Staff for a short-term assignment to assist with the implementation of the SARMAAN-II project (Mass Administration of Azithromycin) in Gombe State.

Purpose of the Assignment

To provide crucial administrative and operational support to the Gombe state office Operations unit, ensuring smooth administrative functions, effective management of the campaign implementation, and the timely conclusion of vendor and personnel payments.

Specific Activities

• Vendor/Payment Support: Liaise with the Procurement & Admin Officer to coordinate vendor retirements, payments, and administrative tasks.

• Document Management: Review, scan, and print support documents for all project-related procurement and payments. Ensure proper and up-to-date filing of all administrative records (hard and soft copies).

• Inventory Control: Maintain inventory of project materials, stationery, and supplies, ensuring accountability.

• General Support: Carry out other operational duties as assigned to ease the workload on the Operations unit.

Profile Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Social or Management Sciences).

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or previous experience in office administrative support.

• Skills:

  • Good use of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Good interpersonal, communication, and planning skills.

  • Possess a good understanding, knowledge, and experience in document control and management.
