Novel Alliance for Development Aid (NADA) is recruiting for key positions to support its humanitarian protection activities and case management programs in Northwest Nigeria.

Role Focus: GBV Case Worker

The Case Worker will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management and support services within the child protection sub-sector. The primary goal is to enhance the mental health and well-being of children and caregivers affected by conflict.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Conduct high-quality case management to improve the status of vulnerable children and families.

• Follow-up: Ensure regular follow-up of all registered cases to ensure appropriate and timely responses.

• Capacity Building: Mentor and build the capacity of PSS (Psychosocial Support) facilitators and community volunteers in identifying cases.

• Advocacy: Identify gaps in service provision for vulnerable children, women, and girls; proactively refer and advocate for solutions in coordination with the NADA team.

• Reporting: Promptly submit reports to the Child Protection Officer.

• Emergency Response: Be prepared to work flexible hours and outside the normal role profile during major humanitarian emergencies.
