Key Responsibilities

• Support: Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and complaints.

• Resolution: Use company tools and methods to provide accurate information and resolve concerns promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–3 years in a Contact Center or frontline Customer Service role.

• Technical: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Soft Skills: Active listening, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
