Edge Hopebuilders Youth and Women Initiative is officially inviting applications from visionary youths and women across Nigeria. This initiative is a strategic platform designed to cultivate a new generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers dedicated to personal excellence and community transformation.

Program Focus Areas

The curriculum is designed around four pillars of development:

Leadership and Governance: Ethical leadership and active citizenship.
Social Innovation: Creative problem-solving for community challenges.
Economic Empowerment: Entrepreneurial skills and financial literacy.
Community Development: Impact projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Eligibility and Selection Criteria

To be considered for the 2026 intake, applicants must meet the following:

Target Group: Highly motivated young people and women residing in any Nigerian State or the FCT.
Education: Minimum of NCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Mindset: A passionate interest in leadership, grassroots advocacy, and social impact.
Commitment: Willingness to participate in a hybrid model (virtual training + local field activities).
