Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Oversight: Conduct regular reviews of branch operations to ensure they align with internal policies and CBN regulations.

Risk Management: Identify operational risks and recommend measures to prevent financial loss or reputational damage.

Fraud Prevention: Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activities, and strengthen internal safeguards.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for management on control weaknesses and recommended remedial actions.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Professional Certification: Possession of ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or CISA is a significant advantage.

Experience: Proven experience in internal control, audit, or branch operations within the banking sector.

Skills: High numeracy, strong attention to detail, and analytical prowess.
