Hiring: Female Qualitative Data Collectors (HPV & Nutrition Evaluation)
The Blue Gate Initiative is seeking experienced Female Qualitative Data Collectors to support an upcoming evaluation of an HPV Vaccine and Nutrition Campaign Project. This research will be conducted across five key states in Nigeria to generate evidence for public health programming.
Role Overview

Locations: Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti, Kaduna, and Delta States.

Target Group: Female professionals residing in the specified states.

Focus: Facilitating Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and qualitative interviews.

Requirements

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master of Public Health is an added advantage).

Experience: Proven involvement in at least three qualitative research studies, specifically conducting FGDs.

Local Knowledge: Must be a current resident of one of the target states with a strong grasp of the local culture, geography, and security context.

Language: Fluency in English and the primary local language(s) of the state of residence.
Key Responsibilities

Organizing and facilitating Focus Group Discussions and qualitative interviews.

Accurate documentation of findings and strict adherence to ethical research protocols.

Engaging communities with sensitivity to gender and cultural dynamics.
