Area Sales Manager (3-Wheeler) – DAG Industries Nigeria Limited

DAG Industries Nigeria Limited (Bajaj Nigeria) is recruiting experienced sales professionals to fill the position of Area Sales Manager across multiple states. This role is focused on driving the sales of 3-wheeler vehicles (Keke) through strategic dealer management and local market expansion.

Role Overview

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (3-Wheeler)
Locations: Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Borno, Edo, Ekiti, Kaduna, Kano, Kebbi, Ondo, Sokoto, Taraba, and Yobe.
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution: Develop and execute regional plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets for 3-wheelers.
Dealer Management: Appoint, manage, and support dealers and sub-dealers; ensure product visibility and stock availability.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences within the assigned territory.
Retail Drive: Organize local promotions, roadshows, and product demonstrations to stimulate retail demand.
Financial Coordination: Work with finance partners to facilitate vehicle financing and ensure timely payment collections from dealers.
Capacity Building: Train dealer sales teams on product features, pricing, and effective sales techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3–6 years of sales experience, specifically within the 3-wheeler, automobile, or commercial vehicle sector.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of dealer operations and vehicle financing models.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Mobility: Must be able to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.
