NewGlobe Education, a global leader in education transformation, is seeking diligent and motivated individuals to serve as Census Enumerators for a school-level data collection exercise in Katsina State. This project is part of a larger mission to improve learning outcomes through data-driven services and system-wide reform.

Key Responsibilities

Field Visits: Travel to assigned primary schools across various Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Katsina State.

Digital Data Collection: Use specialized digital tools and smartphones to record school-level information accurately.

Syncing & Submission: Ensure all collected data is synced and submitted according to the project timeline.

Protocol Adherence: Follow strict research protocols and organizational standards to ensure data integrity.

Communication: Engage professionally with school administrators and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications

Tech Literacy: Essential proficiency in using smartphones and digital applications for data entry.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with community members and school staff.

Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Katsina State landscape and fluency in local languages is a significant advantage.

Physical Fitness: Ability to undertake extensive travel and visit multiple school locations daily.

Experience: Previous experience in census exercises, data collection, or market research is desirable but not mandatory.

Availability: Must be ready for immediate training and deployment in mid-January.
