Momentum Consulting & Technologies Group (MOMENTUM) is inviting qualified data collectors and field enumerators to support upcoming Third-Party Monitoring and Evaluation (TPM/E) assignments. This role is perfect for professionals or organizations with a strong local presence and a commitment to independent verification in the development sector.

Countries of Assignment

Momentum is looking for local teams in the following regions: Albania, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Brazil, Chad, Colombia, Egypt, Guyana, Indonesia, Jordan, Kosovo, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Myanmar, Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, Türkiye, and Yemen.

Role Overview

Selected teams will provide independent oversight for programs funded by governments, international agencies, and private investors.

Core Activities: Surveys, field monitoring, impact assessments, and project verification.
Project Scope: Monitoring social development, economic growth, governance, and infrastructure projects.
Impact: Ensuring transparency and real-world results through accurate, independent data.

Key Requirements

Local Presence: You must be physically present in the country of application.
Technical Experience: Demonstrated background in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) or field surveys.
Digital Proficiency: Experience with digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboCollect, ODK) is a major asset.
Rapid Deployment: Ability to mobilize quickly in diverse and sometimes challenging field environments.
Ethics: Strict adherence to ethical data collection and “Do No Harm” principles.
