Locations & Scope

The Project Lead will oversee initiatives in: Kano, Kaduna, Niger, Kogi, Kwara, Ogun, and Plateau State.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Execution: Lead the practical implementation of agricultural value-chain projects from inception to completion.
Agri-SME Growth: Design and drive capacity-building programs and create sustainable market linkages for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Strategic Partnerships: Manage a diverse network of stakeholders, including smallholder farmers, private sector investors, and government regulatory agencies.
Impact Tracking: Monitor project budgets and KPIs to ensure full compliance with donor requirements and measurable social impact.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Economics, or Development Studies. A Master’s degree is highly preferred.
Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience specifically within agribusiness programs and SME development.
Core Strengths: You must have a proven ability to execute complex field operations and a deep understanding of smallholder market systems.
