1. Branch Manager, Retail Sales

2. Relationship Officer, Retail Sales

Locations: Adamawa, Ogun, Kogi, Anambra, Enugu, Lagos, and Abuja.

• The Role: Front-line marketing of retail products, maintaining customer relationships, and generating referrals.

 Key Responsibilities

• Market Penetration: Identify and acquire new retail customers through aggressive marketing and cross-selling of bank products.

• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with retail clients through regular visits and personalized service.

• Sales Strategy: Implement call plans and tracking systems to ensure sales targets and deposit goals are exceeded.

• Operational Compliance: Monitor financial performance and ensure all activities align with banking regulations and quality reporting standards.

Requirements

• Education: A first degree in a Business-related discipline. (A Master’s degree or professional banking certification is an added advantage).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or sales.

• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Nigerian retail banking market and standard banking operations.

• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
