Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Acquisition & Growth

Identify and target high-potential clients in sectors like Fashion, Beauty, and Electronics.
Deliver professional presentations and live product demos to showcase the Vendaw value proposition.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly acquisition and subscription targets.

2. Retention & Success

Execute tailored strategies to boost user satisfaction and institutional loyalty.
Proactively identify evolving client needs and provide platform-based solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns to ensure high retention rates.

3. Intelligence & Collaboration

Analyze industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify market opportunities.
Feed customer insights back to the Product Development team to influence new features.
Partner with Marketing on lead-gen campaigns and ensure seamless onboarding with Customer Support.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3–4 years of proven success in E-commerce or SaaS sales.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Technical: Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and customer success frameworks.
Aptitude: Self-motivated and able to thrive independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
