1. CLM Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer

• Focus: Designing and managing the CLM framework.

• Core Tasks: Tracking KPIs, conducting audits, and translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Requirement: Strong reporting skills and experience in program efficiency.

2. Data Collector

• Focus: Systematic field-level information gathering.

• Core Tasks: Conducting surveys and interviews using digital tools, ensuring 100% accuracy and ethical compliance.

• Requirement: Ability to serve as the link between community realities and analytical teams.

 Candidate Profile

• Education: Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven background in data analytics or community-based nonprofit programming.

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in KoboToolbox, ODK, and Microsoft Excel.

• Competencies: High attention to detail and a commitment to data confidentiality.
