Clean Tech Hub Nigeria, with support from IrishAid and Climate KIC, is seeking dedicated Project Supervisors for the “Empowered to Impact” community training cascade program. This initiative aims to drive climate awareness and sustainable practices across grassroots communities in Nigeria.
Role Overview

Position: Project Supervisor (Volunteer Basis)

Project: Empowered to Impact (Community Training Cascade)

Goal: To oversee a training model where leaders train community members on climate resilience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supervision & Monitoring
-
Manage Leaders: Supervise 10 selected participants (leaders).

Track the Cascade: Ensure each leader successfully trains 20 community members.

Session Oversight: Verify that each leader completes 4 training sessions within one month.
2. Documentation & Reporting
-
Evidence Collection: Gather high-quality photographs and videos of live training sessions.

Data Integrity: Collect and submit comprehensive feedback and project milestones through official reporting channels.
