Core Training Areas

Facilitators will be responsible for delivering modules that include, but are not limited to:

Employability Skills: CV writing, interview techniques, and workplace ethics.
Soft Skills: Emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and effective communication.
Specialized Training: Entrepreneurship and sector-specific professional development.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Essential Requirements:

Education: Minimum of an OND, NCE, HND, or Degree in any discipline (Communication and Media Studies backgrounds are a plus).
Experience: Proven competence in group facilitation and adult learning principles.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Personal Drive: A genuine passion for youth mentorship and community development.
