Role Overview

Gtext Homes is recruiting high-energy, results-driven Telesales Executives to join its expanding sales force. This role is designed for professionals who excel at persuasive communication and lead conversion. You will be at the forefront of the company’s growth, engaging potential investors and closing deals on premium real estate products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to prospective clients and diligently follow up on sales leads.
Product Promotion: Effectively pitch real estate investment opportunities and property developments.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term trust with high-net-worth and retail clients.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas to drive company revenue.
Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and sales pipelines.

Compensation & High-Earning Benefits

Basic Salary: ₦1,000,000 (One Million Naira) per month
Transportation Allowance: ₦100,000 monthly
Performance Bonus: Variable pay of up to ₦1,000,000 based on targets

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: BA, BSc, or HND in any field of study.
Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
