Role Overview

Norrenberger is a leading, multi-sector financial services group that provides asset management, investment banking, and financial advisory services. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving the firm’s growth by identifying new market opportunities, onboarding high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients, and managing a diverse investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential investors to grow the firm’s Assets Under Management (AUM).
Strategic Networking: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Product Knowledge: Articulate Norrenberger’s investment products (Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, etc.) to align with client financial goals.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined business development activities.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback for product development.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Norrenberger is looking for performance-driven professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Industry Experience: 3 to 10 years of hands-on Business Development experience specifically within the Asset Management industry.
Skill Set: * Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship management capability.
- Proven track record of hitting aggressive financial targets.
Professional Presence: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
