Program Overview

The AI Ventures Accelerator is a high-impact, 12-week structured entrepreneurship program designed to bridge the gender gap in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) sector. It empowers young women to move beyond being technology consumers to becoming AI startup founders. The program focuses on building scalable, AI-driven solutions for critical sectors like health, education, and climate action.

What the 12-Week Journey Includes

Participants will undergo an intensive curriculum designed to turn a technical idea into a viable business:

AI Technical Training: Practical skills in applying AI to solve real-world problems.
Business Modelling: Developing sustainable revenue models and value propositions.
Product Development: Building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and testing it with real users.
Pitch Preparation: Mastering the art of presenting to global investors and experts.
Mentorship & Networking: Access to a global community of innovators and tech leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Open to young women.
Age: Between 19 and 24 years old.
Location: Residents of Nigeria and other participating countries.
Interest Area: Passion for AI, social impact, technology innovation, and digital entrepreneurship.

Funding and Post-Program Support

The accelerator culminates in a high-stakes demo day where teams present their solutions.

Top 10 Teams: Each will receive $10,000 USD in equity-free funding to kickstart their business.
Top 25 Teams: Will benefit from continued post-program support, including advanced mentorship and access to the global entrepreneurship ecosystem.
