Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Storekeeper will ensure efficient warehouse and pharmacy stock management, investigate discrepancies, maintain temperature-sensitive storage, track inventory, and support logistics to maintain uninterrupted medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise stock receipts, dispatch, and rational use of materials

• Store items following MSF standards; manage quarantine of expired/damaged supplies

• Maintain accurate stock records in system and on stock cards

• Perform regular inventory checks (including EPREP procedures)

• Monitor expiry dates and replenish before alerts are triggered

• Secure report of losses, thefts, damages, or falsifications promptly

• Prepare orders for medical units and flag unusual consumption patterns

• Monitor warehouse conditions (temperature, hygiene) and follow cold‑chain protocols

• Keep warehouse secure and clean, maintain refrigeration systems

• Produce and submit regular stock and anomaly reports

• Assist Pharmacy Technician and Logistics team as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Management or Pharmacy (medical-related diploma preferred)

• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse or pharmacy stock management (NGO experience desirable)

• Fluent in English and Hausa (verbal & written)
