Job Summary

Medbury Medical Services is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Officer to join our team in Ibadan. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across systems to support inventory tracking, clinical records, and administrative reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data in spreadsheets, inventory tools, and healthcare systems
Identify and correct data inconsistencies to ensure clean, organized records
Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and administrative teams to collect and input required data
Assist in generating operational and analytical reports
Handle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with company policy
Support filing, digital archiving, and general administrative documentation tasks

Qualifications

OND, HND, or BSc in Computer Science, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or related fields
1–2 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative support (preferably in healthcare or NGO environments)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data management tools
Excellent attention to detail and fast typing skills
Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
