Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is a private, international humanitarian organization that provides assistance to populations in distress. The organization is currently recruiting a Data Entry Operator on a contract basis to join its team in Maiduguri, Borno.

This role is vital for ensuring the accuracy and security of data for an ongoing research project, and for maintaining the integrity of all collected information.

The Role

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for supporting the research team through diligent data management. This is a critical position that requires a strong commitment to data accuracy and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Entering collected case report forms (CRF) into the RedCap Platform, adhering strictly to standard operating procedures.
Organizing and managing collected data to ensure it is properly stored and secured.
Assisting the research team to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness.
Updating patient identifiers and supporting the tracking of patient files.
Upholding data protection principles and maintaining confidence regarding all registered information.
Engaging regularly with the research team to clarify any data-related queries.
Assisting the site coordinator in preparing summaries for field reports and meetings.
