PalmPay, a fast-growing pan-African fintech company, is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support its Business Development (BD) function.

This is a full-time, mid-level role, with openings in Kano, Kaduna, Plateau, and Abuja.

Job Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist will work cross-functionally to manage systems that enhance sales effectiveness, improve team accountability, and ensure organizational alignment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reward/penalty systems and training support are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management: Implement and manage the reward and penalty system for the Business Development team, ensuring fair and transparent execution.
Data Analysis & Tracking: Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to track and analyze BD team performance data. Monitor trends and escalate concerns to managers for timely intervention.
Training & Policy: Partner with the Training team to conduct onboarding and refresher sessions on BD policies and SOPs, and track policy implementation.
Administrative Support: Coordinate strategic meetings for Zone Managers (ZMs) and BDMs, ensuring timely documentation and providing administrative/reporting support.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales operations, performance tracking, or a similar support function.
