Jafa Foam Products Nigeria Limited is looking for a seasoned and high-caliber Human Resources Manager to lead the HR and Administrative functions at its business unit in Kano. This is a senior-level role designed for a professional who can blend technical HR expertise with a deep understanding of the Northern Nigerian business landscape.

The Opportunity

Location: Kano, Nigeria (Local residents only; no relocation support provided).
Compensation: ₦600,000 – ₦700,000 Monthly.
Sector: Manufacturing / FMCG.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Oversight: Direct all HR and Administration functions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and manufacturing standards.
Workforce Management: Manage complex labor issues, including union engagement, cultural diversity, and community relations unique to the region.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labor laws and regulatory requirements while leading HR policy implementation.
Change Management: Act as a catalyst for organizational improvement and professional excellence within the business unit.

Who You Are

The Veteran: You have at least 10 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
The Expert: You have a solid grasp of labor laws and HR best practices. CIPM membership is a major advantage.
The Communicator: Fluency in Hausa is mandatory to effectively engage with the workforce and local stakeholders.
The Professional: You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and have a track record of integrity and leadership excellence.
