The project is built on the core principle that sustainable development is only possible when women are at the decision-making table. It aims to create a robust pipeline of female leaders in the North Central region who are equipped to navigate democratic processes and demand public accountability.

Eligibility Criteria
Edge Hopebuilders is looking for a diverse cohort of women who meet the following requirements:

Residency: Must be currently living in any state within the North Central geopolitical zone (Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, or the FCT).

Profile: Emerging leaders, grassroots activists, professionals, or community advocates.

Commitment: A documented passion for social justice, inclusive leadership, and good governance.
