 Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Advisory & Programming

• Sector Leadership: Provide technical expertise in education and social sector programming specifically tailored to the Northern Nigerian context.

• Gender Integration: Design and implement strategies that address gender-related barriers to education and social development.

• Strategic Consulting: Support governments and international organizations in developing sustainable social sector policies.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

• Evidence-Based Decisions: Analyze complex qualitative and quantitative datasets to provide high-level insights for project stakeholders.

• Reporting: Utilize advanced technical skills to create high-impact reports, dashboards, and policy briefs.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Multicultural Coordination: Effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including UN agencies, NGOs, and community leaders.

 Qualifications & Requirements

• Sector Experience: Proven track record in education and social sector programming in Nigeria (Northern Nigeria experience is highly preferred).

• Thematic Expertise: Deep understanding of gender issues and inclusive development.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-level consulting and stakeholder engagement.

Additional Assets:

• Prior experience with UN Agencies or international NGOs.

• Background in humanitarian or participatory development contexts.
