Focus: Systematic data gathering for community-based development programs.
Key Responsibilities

Systematic Gathering: Conduct field-level data collection through structured surveys, one-on-one interviews, and direct observations.

Digital Transmission: Use mobile tools like KoboToolbox and ODK to record and transmit data to the analytical team in real-time.

Ethical Conduct: Maintain high standards of integrity, ensuring respondent confidentiality and data accuracy.

Verification: Cross-check data consistency and quality before final submission to ensure reliable program insights.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background:
-
Minimum of an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred fields: Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Health, or related disciplines.
Professional Experience:

Proven track record in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) or data analytics.

Prior experience in the non-profit (NGO) or development sector is a major plus.
Technical Skills:

Digital Tools: Proficiency in KoboToolbox, ODK, or similar platforms.

Software: Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data organization.

Soft Skills: Excellent observational skills and the ability to work independently in diverse environments.
