Resilience Technologies is a mission-driven cybersecurity firm specializing in protecting at-risk groups—such as journalists, civil society organizations, and religious groups—from targeted digital attacks. Having supported over 90 organizations across Africa, the firm focuses on Vulnerability Assessment, Threat Management, and Malware Analysis to empower those most vulnerable in the digital landscape.

The Graduate Trainee Experience

This three-month intensive program is designed to transform ambitious graduates into cybersecurity and operations leaders. Successful completion of the program offers a direct pathway to a full-time Junior Associate position starting June 29, 2026.

Specialized Tracks

Candidates will gain practical experience in one of the following three areas:

Tech & Security: Deep dive into technical cybersecurity defenses and threat analysis.
Programs & Operations: Support project coordination and the operational scale of security initiatives.
Communications & Marketing: Use storytelling and design to advocate for digital safety and brand presence.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Graduate of a recognized institution with at least a 2:2 (Second Class Lower).
National Service: Must have completed the NYSC program.
Age: Not older than 27 years.
Tools: Must own a functional laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
Background: A foundational interest or background in cybersecurity (academic, professional, or self-taught).
Creative Skills: Solid design skills (Canva); video or motion graphics skills are a significant plus.
