This is an entry-to-mid-level sales role focused on the expansion of digital payment infrastructure. As a POS Sales Officer, you will be the primary driver for merchant acquisition, ensuring that businesses across Nigeria adopt the institution’s POS terminals and digital payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Onboarding: Identify and sign up new businesses, retailers, and vendors to use POS terminals.
Customer Base Expansion: Drive aggressive sales growth within assigned territories to increase market share.
Digital Support: Educate merchants on the use of digital payment tools and provide basic first-level support.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₦113,000 (Gross) + Performance-based Commissions.
