Role Overview
This is a high-level advisory position for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and social impact. You will support a firm operating across 16 countries, working directly with government bodies and international donors to design and implement health and environmental interventions for underserved communities in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis: Lead data gathering and complex analysis, transforming raw numbers into structured reports and actionable policy recommendations.

Project Management: Oversee day-to-day organizational activities to ensure project milestones are met across various global health tracks.

Human Capital Support: Lead the recruitment and onboarding of project teams, ensuring every member understands their scope and delivery expectations.

High-Level Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the firm and government/donor agencies, utilizing strong negotiation skills to drive project buy-in.
Candidate Profile & Requirements

Education: Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) in Public Health, Medicine, Economics, STEM, Finance, or International Development.

Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in global health or international development.

The “Consulting” Edge: Prior experience in management consulting is a major advantage, as the role requires a high degree of analytical rigor and structured problem-solving.

Technical Skills: Advanced data analysis capabilities and the ability to produce “client-ready” presentations.
