What the Programme Offers

The initiative is structured to provide both technical knowledge and financial catalysts:

  • Seed Grant Funding: Direct financial support to address early-stage bottlenecks and equipment needs.

  • Business Clinics: Intensive sessions focused on refining business models, operational efficiency, and financial management.

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Access to 10 specialized Business Development Service (BDS) providers for tailored growth strategies.

  • Investment Readiness: Training in financial literacy and working capital management to prepare businesses for larger-scale financing.

Key Objectives

  • Target Reach: Identification and shortlisting of 100 viable women-led Agri-SMEs and 20 high-potential young women agripreneurs.

  • Job Creation: Scaling businesses to create sustainable employment for women and youth in rural and peri-urban communities.

  • Specialized Tracks: Differentiating support through dedicated modules for businesses at the “Start” phase versus those ready to “Scale.”

Eligibility & Scope

This call is specifically for women entrepreneurs operating within the agricultural value chain in Kaduna, Niger, and Nasarawa states.
